Mixing:Soap granulation and color are added to the mixer .Using the conveyor go to next craft.
Three roller:First time grinding through the three roller milling machine.Using the conveyor go to next craft.
Vacuum screw plodder/stripper machine:After this craft solid soap already have shape .
Cutting:Automatic cutting machine to cut the soap from the screw plodder.
Hydraulic stamp machine .Using brass mold to tamp the soap shape and logo .mold material is pure brass.mold logo and shape is customized according to customer soap design.
Packing:last craft just packing it by plastic bags then could be sell .
