1.Racks and drives:

3.Water Tank

There is a communication pipe between each water tank.wherein there is an overflow pipe on the No. 3 water tank. The overfilled water can be discharged from this. There is a liquid level gauge on the side of the No. 5 and No. 6 water tanks.
And the water level of the water tank is too low then the water pump will automatically stop running. Each water tank is equipped with a liquid discharge valve device, And the hand ring can be pulled to lift the liquid discharge ball during cleaning to discharge the dirty water in the water tank.
4.Plate pasteurizer sterilization machine Hydraulic transmission system

The hydraulic transmission system is composed of hydraulic box device. intermediate oil pipe device. Lifting oil pipe device. oil pipe entry and exit pipe device. etc.
The hydraulic tank device provides the required hydraulic power to the sterilizer. And the hydraulic oil is driven by the electric motor to drive the vane pump. Which flows to the intermediate oil pipe through the check valve and the overflow valve. And the return oil flows back to the oil tank through the filter.

The intermediate tubing device is mainly composed of oil inlet pipe. oil return pipe. pipe joint. pipe clamp. etc. Which is the channel for hydraulic oil flow.

Lifting tubing device.It is mainly composed of two-position four-way reversing valve 1. Distribution plate 2, one-way throttle valve 3, manifold valve 4 and so on. The two-position four-way reversing valve plays the reversing role of lifting;
The function of the one-way throttle valve is to throttle the flow of hydraulic oil and slow down the descent speed when the downward movement is moving;
The action of the manifold valve synchronizes the movement of both sides. The hydraulic oil flows into the device through the intermediate oil pipe and enters the lifting cylinder through the reversing valve. Which pushes the movable grid to lift.

The difference is that the two-position four-way reversing valve is replaced by the three-position four-way proportional reversing valve 1 and the one-way throttle valve and the hydraulic control one-way check valve are omitted. And the rest of the components are the same.
